The aim of the transaction is to further strengthen ETX’s market position in Poland and become a leading supplier of heat transfer stations for single- and multi-family houses as well as commercial applications in district heating networks.

The acquisition of Texpol will enable Allmed to acquire a distribution platform and a client base necessary to introduce Allmed’s product portfolio in the Spanish market.
