2.Terms and conditions of use and access
This legal notice governs use of the www.windcorp.net, www.windcorp-translink.com websites (hereinafter “the Websites”).
Use of the Websites and its content attributes you the capacity of user (hereinafter the “User”) and entails acceptance of each of the terms and conditions included in this legal notice according to the version published at the time of browsing the Websites. 5.Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
In any instance entailing a conflict leading to a lawsuit in which the Websites are affected, the case will be governed by and submitted to current Spanish legislation and for any dispute in relation to or stemming from use of this Website the parties submit to the law courts of Barcelona.
