Corporate Finance\u2122 en Espa\u00f1a actu\u00f3 como asesor financiero de Proxium ERP en su venta a Grupo Alerce, participada por Oakley Capital.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"436\" data-end=\"538\">Grupo Alerce refuerza su posicionamiento con la adquisici\u00f3n de Gadir Grupo Consultor (Proxium ERP)<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"539\" data-end=\"781\">La integraci\u00f3n de Gadir Grupo Consultor en Alerce generar\u00e1 sinergias que permitir\u00e1n que su soluci\u00f3n Proxium ERP crezca a un ritmo a\u00fan mayor, manteniendo el actual alto nivel de servicio posventa con una aplicaci\u00f3n a la vanguardia tecnol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"783\" data-end=\"1355\">La adquisici\u00f3n de Gadir Grupo Consultor y su soluci\u00f3n Proxium ERP, especializada en WMS (Sistemas de Gesti\u00f3n de Almacenes), gesti\u00f3n de aduanas y dep\u00f3sitos aduaneros, Sistemas de Gesti\u00f3n del Transporte (TMS), aprovisionadores de buques y dep\u00f3sitos de contenedores, constituye la segunda operaci\u00f3n de este tipo llevada a cabo por la compa\u00f1\u00eda zaragozana, tras la entrada en noviembre de 2023 del fondo Oakley Capital con el objetivo de acelerar el crecimiento de la empresa
