adquisici\u00f3n de Costa Serra<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Translink Corporate Finance\u2122 en Espa\u00f1a actu\u00f3 como asesor financiero del Grupo GGW en la adquisici\u00f3n de Costa Serra Corredur\u00eda de Seguros.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>El Grupo GGW cierra su segunda operaci\u00f3n en el mercado espa\u00f1ol<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Se trata de la segunda adquisici\u00f3n en Catalu\u00f1a y en el mercado espa\u00f1ol por parte del grupo alem\u00e1n de corredur\u00edas de seguros GGW Group, que opera bajo la marca Leading Brokers United. Tras su primera adquisici\u00f3n en Espa\u00f1a en Enero de 2025, la corredur\u00eda barcelonesa Cogesa, GGW ha anunciado su segunda integraci\u00f3n al grupo, incorporando a la corredur\u00eda Costa Serra en Diciembre, una empresa familiar del sector con sede en Badalona (Barcelona).<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"905\" data-end=\"980\"><strong data-start=\"908\" data-end=\"980\">Costa Serra mantiene un crecimiento constante con un nuevo liderazgo<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"982\" data-end=\"1418\">Costa Serra cuenta con 15.000 clientes, entre particulares y pymes, y gestiona m\u00e1s de 100.000 p\u00f3lizas de seguros de vida, salud y accidentes, as\u00ed como seguros de bienes, cr\u00e9dito y ciberseguridad para empresas. En 2024, la compa\u00f1\u00eda gener\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 5,4 millones de euros de ingresos y un beneficio neto de 1.27 millones de euros . La corredur\u00eda tambi\u00e9n dispone de oficinas en Manresa y Gav\u00e0 (Barcelona) y emplea a 42 personas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1420\" data-end=\"1654\">La empresa fue fundada en 1989 por Jos\u00e9 Costa Borr\u00e1s, quien se retira de la gesti\u00f3n diaria en esta nueva etapa. Jordi Costa Serra asumir\u00e1 el cargo de CEO y Josep Maria Mons permanecer\u00e1 en la compa\u00f1\u00eda como asesor externo.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1661\" data-end=\"1696\"><strong
