50% shareholders of Circutor on its sale to Grup Comellas i Cabeza, a Spanish holding company belonging to the Comellas family. The deal was closed on February 23rd, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Circutor, a Spanish group dedicated to the design, manufacture and commercialisation of electrical equipment, was founded by Ramon Pons and Ramon Comellas who developed the business under a 50\/50 ownership. The second generation of the two families agreed to split the group into two different lines of business according to each family interests and to complementarity with their other existing companies outside of Circutor\u2019s perimeter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About CIRCUTOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1973, Circutor designs, manufactures, and distributes products in the areas of energy measurement, protection and control. Its portfolio of products includes over 3,000 references, which are sold in more than 100 countries. Circutor has a workforce of 800 full time equivalents (FTEs).
