M&amp;A advisor to Visma, a leading provider of mission-critical software on its investment in tugesto, a prominent Spanish provider of cloud payroll and other essential business tools.<\/p>\n<p>This is Visma\u2019s fifth software acquisition in Spain since entering the market in 2021, and the first acquisition where Translink was the selected advisor in that country.
