advisor to Instalaciones Hidalgas (Hidalgas), a leading Spanish player in the domestic heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) sector, on its sale to HomeServe.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>HomeServe continues activity in the German market<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>This year, HomeServe has been active in Germany having acquired Natelberg, HomeServe Deutschland, Gast, and Ferdi Heimel. The company was founded in the UK over 30 years ago and operates in the US, France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Germany, the UK, and Japan. With more than 3.5 million customers, the company delivers approximately four service interventions per minute, helping homeowners improve comfort and efficiency.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Comments from Translink Corporate Finance<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Marcos Garc\u00eda, Vice President, Translink Spain, says:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe sale of Hidalgas has been a complex process, requiring the team to highlight the strategic value of Spain\u2019s largest native e-commerce platform for B2C HVAC installation. The search for an industrial partner was rigorous, focusing on identifying potential synergies and a shared industrial vision.<\/p>\n<p>A key aspect of the transaction was articulating the intangible value of our client\u2019s digital capabilities, which HomeServe was able to fully appreciate.<\/p>\n<p>This transaction stands out as one of the most significant deals in the Spanish HVAC installation sector in the past two years, and it represents one of HomeServe\u2019s largest acquisitions in Spain to date and the only one involving an installation company.
