Translink Corporate Finance in Norway and Spain acted as the M&A advisor to Visma, a leading provider of mission-critical software on its investment in tugesto, a prominent Spanish provider of cloud payroll and other essential business tools.
This is Visma’s fifth software acquisition in Spain since entering the market in 2021, and the first acquisition where Translink was the selected advisor in that country. This will mark the ninth European cross-border transaction that Translink has advised Visma on.
This latest investment further solidifies Visma’s position as an ambitious market challenger in the Spanish market in the accounting and professional services sectors.

tugesto will continue to operate as an independent company under the same name and management.
