Translink Corporate Finance advised the shareholders of CLEVERTASK, a Spanish technology consultancy Group specialized in digital transformation and Big Data, on its 100% sale to ALTEN, a French multinational listed company engaged in engineering and technology consulting.
Founded in 2013, CLEVERTASK is a Spanish technology consultancy Group of three companies: Clevertask Solutions, S.L. (CTS); Clevertask Andorra, S.L.U (CTA); and Cleverdata Solutions, S.L. (CDS). The Group focuses on digital transformation and Big Data, implementing innovative technological solutions and managing “ad-hoc” services for clients.
CLEVERTASK provides mission-critical services, strategic technology consulting, implementation of digital workplace transformation, industrial transformation to the cloud (collaborations, productivity, security, identity management), business mobility, advanced data analytics and AI for blue chip clients.
With a team of 200 employees across Barcelona, Madrid and Andorra, CLEVERTASK provides IT services to more than 60 multinational clients in Spain, Andorra, Luxembourg and the United States. The Group generated over €12m in revenue in 2021 (c.76.5% recurrent).
